An order made on caroleridley.com will be processed within 48hrs. Our team will send you a delivery confirmation email with your tracking details. It will be posted with an insured signed for courier service. This is usually UPS or Royal Mail.

Orders made on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday may take longer due to the weekend. Delivery is usually Tuesday or Wednesday for this situation.
